The Domain Property Advocates 7 Step Process works for you when you need carefully targeted repairs, maintenance or interior decoration to help you achieve a better price or rental value for your property.
1. Meet
We meet with you at the property to assess and discuss your requirements. We will inspect the property and determine any areas requiring works and to what extent, with the outcome in mind you are wanting to achieve.
2. Report
Once we have established the scope of works we then prepare a report. This report gives you an outline of areas that require work in order to have the property presented to its full potential. It will detail areas that need simplistic changes to areas that will need more major transformations. A scope of works is provide in order of importance.
3. Quote
Once you have reviewed the report and selected the areas you would like us to focus on we meet with all necessary trades and services to get firm quotations. All contractors provide timelines as to when the works can start and finish. We are experienced in knowing how to co-ordinate tradespeople and complete works within a defined time frame.
4. Proceed
Once you have reviewed the quotation and scope of works we arrange and co-ordinate all tradespeople to go ahead on your behalf. We manage each trade ensuring they meet the desired time line and complete their work program when we need them to.
5. Supervise
Throughout the make-over process we oversee the works to ensure they are being completed on time and to the expected high standard. We advise you along the way as to how the process is going and sort out any issues that arise during the process and ensure they dealt with immediately.
6. Final Inspection
Once all works are completed and we are satisfied with the results we arrange to meet with you to inspect the property for final approval to the works. Once final approval has been agreed the property is ready go to market.
7. Market
Your property is now ready to hit the sales or rental market with a newly finished makeover you can rest assured that it will be presented to its full potential to achieve the desired result and you can sit back and relax.
